Yvonne is a fantastic realtor - this is the 2d transaction she's helped me with. Both were on the buy-side and the first was over 10 years ago.

One thing that makes her exceptional is she is always looking out for my best interest and not her own. She's truly interested in helping me maximize my investments and build wealth. She doesnt hesitate to speak up if she thinks I am not getting a good value or if a property needs too much work. Every time I talk about selling my other property, she encourages me to keep it, because it creates a revenue stream for me and continues to gain equity, even though i'm sure it would benefit her to just sell it.

She's very generous with her time and advice, and she's helped to educate me over the years about real estate, whenever I need anything or have any question. She also provides excellent resources for home improvement, lenders, and other professionals that she has worked with over the years. She really went the extra mile by meeting all of my "many" (I lost count!) building contractors in person at my condo for bids, even before the closing, and even when I couldn't also be there myself.

She's also amazing because she has allowed me (and my cat) to stay at her house while my new place is being remodeled. It was only supposed to be a 2 week job, but it turned into a 2 months fiasco due to someone not so great that I hired (not Yvonne's recommendation). Yvonne and her family have been so generous and gracious to help me out, during this time. I am forever grateful. It is truly above and beyond to let your client move into your house, even just for a few days, much less a few months.

Yvonne is not just my realtor, she is a real friend, and I know I can trust her with anything. She's also the most hardworking person I've seen (outside of other nurses I work with). She truly cares about ALL of her many other clients and has their best interests at heart too. Yvonne digs for extra information, she finds the creative solution, she asks the hard questions, basically, whatever needs to be done, she finds a way for it to work out, and she seems to do it all with grace, style, and a smile. I could say even more, but I don't know where I would end.
