Yvonne exemplified full service from the moment we spoke. I randomly called her after finding her bio online and at the time I noted she was very busy and may not necessarily have much time to devote to a deal at a relatively low price point. My wife and I were relocating and weren't able to travel very easily because of covid, so we really needed to rely not only on Yvonne's expertise but also her guidance and feelings on the properties we were seeing because we couldn't be there in person.
