Yvonne went through the house and identified all the areas to freshen and brighten up, by simply having the walls and doors repainted, portraying the property in a completely different, tasteful and more pleasing light. Her creativity and sense of style with addressing small changes, such as picking out new matching light fixtures and ceiling fans, made such a huge impact on the feel of the house. She arranged for various contractors to complete each and every project throughout the house, to include landscaping needs, in a timely fashion so as to not delay the sale of the house. To tie it all together, Yvonne beautifully staged the entire home with her own inventory. Once I saw photos and the video of the house after Yvonne and Ana worked on it, it truly looked like it was a "dream home" featured in a design magazine.
Both Yvonne and Ana used innovative marketing, such as holding an open house during an evening neighborhood Christmas parade, networking and engaging with the neighbors and all potential buyers. Due to the turn in the market, they spent countless weekends, persistently and enthusiastically showing regularly held open houses for the property, in addition to making time and working with buyers and realtors for private showings.
Yvonne kept me apprised throughout the process. I appreciated all the communications, correspondence and updates ,which put me at ease. She maintained detailed records of all transactions in dealing with the property and has a strong understanding of contracts, which became necessary and vital due to a problem with a potential buyer for the property. Even months after the sale of the house has been completed, Yvonne is still assisting me on a very important matter related to the property.
